Lotto Lout Gets His Own TV Show
03 Oct 2006

Lotto lout Michael Carroll has been handed his own TV show giving his unique views on some of the UK's most popular cultural events.

The 23-year-old former dustman from Downham won 9.7 million in 2002, and has built-up a reputation as Britain's "King of Chavs".

Carroll will visit such highbrow events as the Henley Regatta, Glyndebourne and Royal Ascot, accompanied by cameras from Sky, for a series called Carroll's Kingdom.

Producers were impressed by his recent appearance fronting Sky One's Top Ten Wackiest Asbos show.

A show insider claimed the show would be "classic two-worlds-collide stuff".
